GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

1.     “Priority Club” is a Program managed, developed and operated by Rudrabhishek Enterprises Limited (hereinafter referred to as “REPL”) to reward members of their associated Clients.

2.     Priority Club membership and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of REPL. All interpretations of the Terms and Conditions and Program rules shall be at the sole discretion of REPL.

 

3.     REPL reserves the right to change/amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion without any prior notice to the member.

4.     An online unique membership number which will be the login ID shall be allocated to the members. The use of this membership number and associated benefits is deemed to be an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions that may be issued from time to time, to the benefit of customers.

 

ENROLMENT AND MEMBERSHIP

 

5.     Membership card with a unique identification number which will be the login ID shall be allocated to all the existing members and to the new Customer on purchase of a residential/commercial unit.

6.     Membership to the Priority Club entitles members to earn points, which can be redeemed for rewards in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the Program.

7.     Points shall be allocated from time to time as per the program.

 

 

EARNING AND ACCRUAL

 

8.     It will be a point based and voucher based offers, awardsand redemption process through an online portal.

9.     The Program shall have 3 tier-levels of membership – Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

ACCUMULATION OF POINTS

 

      12.  Referral Scheme (For customers who have already booked their unit with the developer):

Offer
(a) On every valid referral, the referee will get 500 reward points in his priority club account subject to Site Visit of the referral.

(b) If the referral gets converted i.e. the referred person books a unit with Paarth, the Referee (customer who has given the referral) will get a gift hamper equivalent to 0.5% of Unit Price bought by the referred person. The Referred will receive an 1% additional discount on unit price under this referral policy.

Validity:

This policy will be valid from October 15th 2019 to December 31st 2019.

Validation for a Referral

The referral will be considered valid only if it meets following criteria
(i) The referral should be unique (not in our existing database)
(ii) The contact no should be valid (not wrong no/not responding)
(iii) Customer has an intent to buy a property meeting the budget and location of the project referred.

Terms & Conditions:
1. The value of 1 point will be equivalent to Re. 1.
2. This scheme will be valid only for direct bookings only i.e. not through any broker/channel partner/associate.
3. On cancellation of the unit by The Referred (who has bought the unit), the amount equivalent to 0.5% of Unit Price will be deducted over and above the cancellation charges by the developer.
4. The reward points under this scheme will be credited to referee’s account within 30 days of Referral’s first site visit.
5. This scheme cannot be clubbed with any other offer/scheme from the developer. 6. The reward to the referee will be provided as a credit note towards his future payments to the developer. If no payment is due to the developer, a gift will be given to the referee.
7. The reward to the referee will be given within 30 days after his referral has signed Agreement To Sale (ATS) with the developer.

    13.  For any transaction done with our Merchant Partners the Members are        entitled to get 50 Points if s/he follows the below process.

To avail this points Member needs to send us the image of the Bill either through Whattsapp at our Helpline no. 9599506360 or through mail at our email id helpdesk@priority-club.org.

After Verification is completed, 50 Points will be added to Members account for each Bill received.

    14.  Special points will get added on following occasions:-

(i)   200 Points on First login on portal of Priority Club i.e. www.priority-club.org

(ii)  200 Points on 100% Completion of Member Profile after login.

UPGRADATION

15. Members shall get upgraded from Silver to Gold tier-level on accumulation of 5000 points within a year.

16. Members shall get upgraded Gold to Platinum tier-level on accumulation of 7500 points within one year of Launch.

17. These points can be redeemed only as Credit Note and Gifts Vouchers as decided from time to time by Company and shall not be treated as payment card.

18. The Minimum limit to Redeem the accumulated points is 1500 points per Member.

19. Credit Note if Issued will be adjusted only against the payment of the dues for the specific property which is in the name of the Member. However, in any circumstances credit note will not be adjusted with other Members Property.

20. All other points can be redeemed online through Web Portal only.

21. Redeemed points once issued/delivered shall not be changed and the member shall not be entitled to any refund or credit for the points redeemed nor can these be re-converted back to points.

22. Latest privilege offers will be updated on priority Clubweb portalwww.priority-club.org. from time to time.

23. All Disputes and redressals are subjected to Delhi Jurisdiction.

24. REPL holds the right to cancel the Program at any point or if an agreement between the REPL and associated client gets terminated or ceased.. In such case REPL will not be liable for any claim/Settlement whatsoever arises.

25.            The tax shall be borne by the member with respect to gifts and Services.
